What kind of connection do you have? Cable modem or Dsl? or dial up?
That's the first thing I would check. Your isp maybe having problems which would cause those messages to creep up.
Today my PC suddenly gave me a lot of hard time. Here is a list of my problems:
1. After I switch on,it takes almost 5 minutes before I can see a desktop (problem exists for some time, but today it's taking specially long)
2. Restart can't be performed. It stops in the middle and desktop screen won't appear. If I need to restart, I will have to perform switch off, switch on operations. (Problem exists for some time)
3. Since today I can't send emails. Once I open an Outlook Express and click on Send button, the Internet connection would be dropped immediately. The email won't be sent. The Symantech error message ''You have a problem with your Server connection''.
4. After previous problem, if I close the initial Symantech Error message, another Symantech pop up with Security Alert will come up and won't dissappear, no matter what I do.
The Internet connection seems to be OK if I don't open Outlook.
Thanks in adavnce for all your help and advices.
