I called Netgear 888-638-4327 (wireless router/modem). They told me to change my channels to 1, 6 or 11. After changing my channel to 11 I'm getting 4.8 mbps. So far the tv hasn't frozen. Hoping to change a different channel and get my full 10.
I'm having the same problem. The speed on my laptop is 10 mbps. The speed on my tv is 1-1.5 mbps. The entire reason I bought the tv & blueray with linkstick was to stream Netflix in HD. I could have continued to stream from my Wii with poor quality and no buffering.
I have been getting the run around from Samsung who keeps sending me to my ISP who then sent me to the router/modem manufaturer. Seems to me if my laptop is fine than the issue is SAMSUNG.
