Question

Internet connection has Red Cross or triangle

Nov 8, 2015 2:35PM PST

This has been going on for quite some time making my Laptop not being able to function as I have no internet. On the internet connection icon there is a Red Cross. I've tried uninstalling the driver for the wireless adapter but that's made no difference, I've tried troubleshooting it and it has found two problems. It says 'There might be a problem wit the driver for the Ethernet/wifi adapter' I tried solving it as administrator but it just says it can't configure it. I was thinking that maybe the network interface card is damaged or broken but I have no clue really. Any help would be much appreciated
