You may have a legitimate reason, but requesting information on how to infect a machine with spyware raises instant concerns regarding legality and user privacy. Even if you own the internet cafe you can't record your users' keystrokes, logging their bank account numbers, usernames/passwords, etc. Feel free to repost asking how to restrict what individuals can do on a machine, assuming you own the cafe, but this thread can go no further.
