HOWEVER howabout NINITE? Go to ninite.com and check off what you want. Download the small.exe and copy that to the same stick and run that to install the apps you want on the IE issue borked PC.

I have a old Windows operating system, and internet explorer will not download anything. I suspect a virus. All antivirus programs I have on a CD disk, ask to update the virus definitions before they will run. This stops me from scanning the computer. Any suggestions on how to find and remove this virus myself? Appreciate any suggestions, and I am not very much of an IT person.
