No way to tell there is not standard way to do this. It could all be on the honor system.
May be as simple as asking for another code to get another 2 hours. Won't go into any technical ways to hack around them but lets just say if you had a stack of $10 usb wireless cards you just keep changing them.
There may be a commercial wireless provider only in NY that you could buy from. A common way to do this is from the cell providers. You would buy a 3g/4g modem (best if they run LTE) and connect. Many have agreements with wifi spot providers to let you use those also as long as you have a active contract. Most you will be stuck on a 2 year contract with caps placed on your data usage. If you have a smart phone it tends to be cheaper to use a hotspot or tether option...but most providers will charge you a little extra
I am at a large cafe and the wifi here is limited to 2 hours per session. I'm considering coming here often on my free time because it's really nice. I don't know what the limit means, so I have a few questions.
1. If I am in the middle of an online game and the 2 hours run out, will it forcefully shut off at that time?
2. What does it mean to be a "2-hour session," and is it something that can be refreshed on my laptop? If so, how would I do this?
3. Assuming there is no way to do that: How much do purchasable outdoor internet connection cards cost, and do they provide reliable internet connection (in New York City)?
Thank you for your help!
