IDN is an international domain name usually in a foreign alphabet, like in Chinese or Cyrillic or OTHER languages.
The second version that answers your question is ccTLD which stands for country Code Top Level Domain, those are usually in English but the extension is an abbreviations of a country, like; .US (usa), .CA (Canada) , Etc.
