First sorry about English. my English is not good.
We are bought a Samsung 4K SUHD TV Model 55KS8985 ( Local Model of 55KS8500 ) about 8 month ago. everything looks good until about two month later we turn off TV and about one hour later turn it on.
it's just a loop, back light and a internal crack on left side of TV and then TV automatically turn off and turn on again and again back light and crack.
after calling the costumer service first they said it,s physical damage and not include in warranty service. after some call and e-mail they accept to look at TV in costumer service. ( they are not coming to take it we have to take the TV there) and again say it's physical damage.
I found another problem in back side of TV too. the back panel separated.
after some research I found I am not the only one who had such a problem.
I decide to report to Consumer Protection office, but after 6 month I just get nothing.
If you want to buy a new TV don't buy a Samsung TV at all. it has poor quality and support.
