Look and join any class action lawsuits in your area or country against Samsung. There's some long thread or maybe more than one already here at CNET forums about this continual "cracked screen" problems. Just google Samsung cracked screen and find a lot more who suffer the same as you.
I purchased the Samsung 4K TV from Best buy ,After 21days of TV working I saw the Multiple color Lines and took the TV back to Best Buy and was advised that they can not do any thing as the policy is with in 14 days and I have to contact the Samsung directly . I called Samsung and filed the case . The Samsung Tech came to the hose and checked the TV and advised that thee is a broken Internal LCD and this will not cover . I told him that this happened while we were watching TV mounted on the wall. But the tech did not listed and stated that they can not do any ting and if I want to have this repaired it will cost me 750.00 .I refused to spend that money as the TV is brand-new and with no fault this is was working and suddenly stated showing lines . Both Best Buy and Samsung refused to help . Even though the Samsung tech was so rude that he kept blaming us that we did this and staing kids playing might have thrown a objet . I told him that we don't have any kids at home all adults live here but he did not listen and left .
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks
