Intermittent sound drop-out Samsung UE55HU8500

by PipsGrouse / November 14, 2014 6:25 AM PST

Every 1min 9 secs the sound drops out for a heartbeat of a second but is very noticeable and annoying. Does anybody have any ideas of what going on. Bought about 3 months ago and apart from that fabulous machine. TIA

I have the same problems, although only with youtube and vevo app. Normal or HD movies. Not Netflix, cable or via USB sound.

I believe it is a buffering problem.

I got a factory-, sound-, smart hub- and youtube app reset. Nothing helps.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
