I am currently experiencing internet problems where my connections comes and goes several times during the day.
A technician was sent by my service provider to deem that the wiring to be functional. So the next recommend step was to get a new modem, but despite a brand new modem I am still experiences the same problems. Currently, all I am being told is to wait for technicians, troubleshooting etc, and no progress is being made. I am looking for any advice on how to resolve this issue.
Below I have attached the screenshots of my modem settings, while the internet is down. For both Up and down stream, only channel one seem to be getting power. This is for the modem "Huawei MT130U", provided by my service provider.
