Interface vanishes from software

Let's start by saying this happens with only a few softwares (possibly 4).
If I just started my pc, it actually works for some time, but then it wont. I open the software and it shows up normal for 2 seconds until it goes all white as you can see in the gif I made. In other cases a window opens and as I go to click a button the button vanishes and so every other thing on the program does too. I can still click it, but there is nothing to see.

My amd drivers are all up to date and I've tried cleaning my malware today.

Can you detail the softwares affected?

Also, how old is this machine. Have you used any registry cleaners?

The machine is one year old.
I used a malware cleaner only.
The programs are:
a standalone executable that is an audio editor (32 bits - works with my friend who is also 64)
Hotline Miami's launcher
Cave story's launcher (both are games)
