Intellipoint Explorer Mouse

how do I get Explorer mouse to show up in the mouse Properties box in the control panal. I am using Windows Me operating system. have tried everything Microsoft has to offer. KB,FAX, everything,

Does the mouse work at all, you don't tell us that.

You may need to install the explorer software if it does work, if it doesn't work then your problem is not the software, it's the mouse.
