Question

Intelli-studio help

Whenever I open intelli-studio a message comes up saying: "intelli-studio has encountered a problem and needs to close" so I'm not able to upload any pictures. I've uninstalled then re-installed a couple times and the same thing comes up each time.

I use windows XP
I'm using a Samsung WB150F

XP? Rarely supported.

Since I have only your word on this, I can write that I would not expect this to work on "XP". XP is now up to "XP SP3" and there are many reasons for this to happen. Try it on another PC that is up to date.

I've downloaded it to my other PC that is also has XP and its older than the other one. And it workks fine on that one

I'm encountering a lot of issues with damaged OSes. Even a post over the Dell forum is slamming Dell because they didn't know McAffee was causing their problems. You have a working system and one that does not. But I understand that folk don't want to know that XP, SP1, 2, 3 matters. That's why the PC support industry is doing so well.
