My brother and I ordered our phones thru this site. They require you to submit 3 mo. of your cell phone bills 'paid in full', but the deadline is before your 3rd billing cycle can be updated to show zero balance from your service provider. I did not get my rebate and told my brohter of this issue. To avoid the deadline, my brother submitted 3 phone bills, he paid the 3rd on the internet and sent in the confirmation payment page that he printed out and sent it along with the claim. They received it 2 weeks before the deadline and waited 1 mo. later to send a letter to let him know the info was still insuficient that they require the statement from the service provider reflecting 3rd bill paid in full, basically they require your 4th bill which by that time it's past the deadline. Also, it takes 1+ mo after receiving your claim to in put it into their system for processing so by the time it shows up in their system for processing it's past deadline. Their excuse is that they receive a lot of claims and can not input the claims right when they recieve it.
