How about buying a ready-made PC with the CPU and disk(s) (SSD, HDD) (and graphic card if you need on) you prefer, a case you like to look at, PSU, RAM and motherboard selected by the manufacturer and a OEM license for Windows included?
That's cheaper and much easier and you have 2 years of warranty on the whole computer.

If you want to built it yourself and you know the CPU then select your preferred compatible motherboard and then4 GB or 8 GB RAM that is compatible with the motherboard. All other things are standard and always compatible.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
