The first thing to try...turn off, remove battery, let it sit for a minute or two, replace battery, restart and see what happens....Assuming, of course, that this is an Inspiron 11 series L/T.
I have a Dell Inspiron 11 3437 with Windows 8.1 installed. Today I tried running the general diagnostic test and when it got to the Intel HD test the whole screen went black. I was confused about what was happening and I tried to close the tab, but I can't! I can hover over the tab, but when i try to click on it it returns to the black screen again. When I turn it off and back on again it's still the same. What do I do??
