Intel core i7 4720HQ Thermal Throttling Problem. Help ?

Hi. I have Toshiba Satellite P50-B-11U laptop. CPU are Intel core i7 4720HQ 3.6 GHZ. GPU are AMD R9 M265X 2 GB GDDR5. CPU IDLE Temp around: 55-60C.

CPU load Temp: 93C (Runs 2.20 Ghz or more horrible)

I try play GTA V but so many glitch and low fps i check my CPU temps all cores are around 91-93C and cpu downs auto 1.7 ghz
