Moving on. I don't know much about your desktop or how it got to such a state but last month my brother brought me 2 laptops in such a state. He knew to backup his files so to bring those back I wiped the drive (no partitions) and restored the OS from the recovery media.
I was using my desktop yesterday and I turned it off for the night and went to bed. I woke up today and turned it on and I keep getting this intel boot agent client mac addr error. So I read some other forums and one said the battery on my mother board might be bad so I changed that and that didn't work. So I looked some more and it said stuff about the boot option might not be right. So I reorganize the boot option so it was disk drive then my ssd and unplugged and turned off my Lan connection to see if that would work but it did not. I also seen something about Windows upgrading so I put my windows disk in and it showed my ssd as an install option. So I have no idea if my ssd is working or not. So if anyone could help me it would be much appreciated.
