Intel Applaction Accelerator

Well i downloaded the intel applaction accelerator ealier because i heard that celeron is pentium based computer and it froze up my computer when it starts.

Does anyone know if there is a intel applaction accelertor verison for celeron and graphics card intel r 82845G. Since upgrading on a low profile pci video card isnt the best and cant get xbox..applaction accelerator can help a bit.

I hear that low profile pci video cards wont improve the preformances or help me play games like splinter cell , halo, half life, etc.
Reason i want to play these on my comp is for the free online feature some of them have.
So does anyone have any reccomendations for a low profile pci vide card that works with celeron.. sorry if i am asking for too much
