Installing xp over vista help please

I have problems installing xp over vista, now in my bios it doesnt have enable/disable, sata support.

I know i have to get SATA drivers but what do i do when i get them?

And can you help me find them

My laptop is Toshiba Equium p200-1ed

My hdd is 120gb harddisk drive (5400rpm) SATA
