Installing Real Player

Message on screen.
"You do not have Administrator Access to Windows Registry.Please see your System Administrator to install Real Player."
What does this message mean and how do I resolve the problem.

Sorry, I always have to look at the policies registry adn for me, it becomes clear what to delete.

I have solved the problem,I turned off my "Tiny Personel Firewall" and the installation went ahead with out any trouble.Thanks to all.Barry

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
