1. The easy way is to install other OSes into Virual Box.
2. As to Mac, the licenses only all running that on Apple computers.
As this forum respects copyrights and more, no one will write more than this about that.
3. Finally, the class you are taking would cover this area. At least the ones I know of do. Ask the instructor about this as if the class requires use of the other OSes. As it's part of the class assignment, the instruction or TA will have the methods to get access.
I'm in my first class of my IT degree and my textbook makes too many references to operating systems I don't have easy access to. What would be the best way of installing them? On my laptop? On an external hard drive? On a USB? I've heard suggestions for USB but I thought USB can be temperamental, and I've seen bad reviews for the external hard drives that concern me. But on my laptop, I'll have to move pictures and documents to some external storage device. I'd need to add Windows 8 (I run off 10) and would like to be able to use a few Mac programs, too. Anyone have any pointers?
