Installing Microsoft Works Suite on Windows XP

I am upgrading to Windows XP and wonder if it is possible to install my Microsoft Works Suite 2000

Also, legally you can only put MS Works on one computer

I was just looking over the Works EULA (End User License Agreement) yesterday, because somebody asked me a similar question.

MS Works, using one valid license number (the product code you enter), can only be used on one device (computer).

Conversely
With MS Office, you can install the same product code on two devices, such as on your home (desktop) computer, and also your own personal laptop computer. That is assuming you are the sole, or primary, user for both devices.
