Tried to install
by eddie11013 / October 1, 2005 1:40 AM PDT

When you say "Tried to install", did you mean that 1) You unplugged your "all in one", 2) You downloaded the drivers from the web site ( ) and installed it where you knew where they were at (My documents etc), 3) You turned off computer, 4) Connected your "printer", 5) Turned on the computer, 6) Hardware wizard still did "not" find or could not install your printer?

Scorbe, Why Not Return And Get A New One?
by Grif Thomas Forum moderator / October 1, 2005 10:20 AM PDT

If you recently purchased the All-in-one, you should have received the appropriate software to install it. If you didn't receive it, the store should give you a new one which has all the appropriate goodies included.

Hope this helps.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
