Installing crystal report 8.5 on Vista

Hello,

We have installed crystal report 8.5 on windows vista, even though installation is completed. The crystal report ocx is not getting registered.
Can anyone please let me know the reason.

The other issue I'm running into is VB 6.0 apps are hit or miss. Only it's maker can tell you if Vista is supported.

Vista requires all drivers to be signed and in XP you got prompted that the driver has no signature and do you want to continue. Vista by requiring signed drivers will eventually lead to better quality drivers.

Vista x64 enforces the driver signature policy, provided you don't override it, but the x86 versions give you the same old prompt and let you make the decision.
