installed xp pro but display is wrong

just installed windows xp pro, seemed to go well, however when sign in page opens its only like half the page showing, and i cannot drag it . its like the top of page is in the middle....help please

i think we are getting mixed up a little,i used windows xp pro cd rom to install to pc i presuned all drivers re on it...cheers

Microsoft put few drivers on that CD.

They don't make PCs so the drivers are only good enough for the machine to work (barely) so we can install the drivers from the makers of the machine.
