Your biggest problems seem to be:
1. Your keyboard is broken, it can only type CAPITALS
2. You'll receive a lot of spam, since you published your email address in the public

- What do you mean with "WIN AMP"?
- What media player?
- What DVD?

I'd try VLC from http://www.videolan.org/vlc/
It's free and plays most things.

thanks for your advise keyboard was stuck but all good now. anyways i went to differrent media player cause i had issues with microsoft and their media player, was as follows i had a bunch of music that i copied from my other laptop, i use that one only for music purposes ,listenening ,recording, making, copied mp3 files that were open no need for drm issues states right there cause copied program also installed them then media player says cant play so shoot me a foreward site they tell me wont play cause i didnt buy these songs why should i buy them when they never had problems come back few days later after update quote unquote, they moved all music and program to recycle was so mad and said ok gonna back this up on zip to save in case some odd reason i should need wrong update came and erased all recyle went through all txt files trying to figure out what happened and why?/ got mad and updated media player then they come back and uninstall my upgrade when why, i got it from there site. so thats why i went with win amp, media play just to many issues wont play this and then that wouldnt let me setup and play ipod cause i didnt remember all places that music came from videos etc, didn't want to add no more programs i dont need so now all is done thanks
