Installed Tungsten E2 PDA software under wrong user

by windbmw8 / March 19, 2007 10:44 AM PDT

Hi. My husband purchased a Tungsten E2 PDA a couple of days ago. I set it up and installed the software for him on our Windows XP notebook computer (under my user account).

The problem I am having is when I went to try to use the programs under his user account (like he'll be doing), Palm Desktop was not showing up and Documents to Go was not recognizing any users. I have my account set up as 'private' and previously all the programs I installed would work under any user account.

I thought about re-installing the PDA software under his account but don't know how this will affect what I've already installed. Does anyone have any suggestions? (We may end up using the Outlook contact and calendar from my account to synchronize with both my Casio PDA and his PDA, but not sure on that yet.)

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
