I'd like to see:
1. A Web Speccy report. Read how to share at https://www.piriform.com/docs/speccy/using-speccy/publishing-a-speccy-profile-to-the-web
2. More story about this PC. Make, model, age, BIOS SATA or IDE settings.
a. Different about the HDD?
b. Was it encrypted?
c. Boot password protected?
d. What ports are in use?
e. Does the HDD work when you go back to how it was setup with just the HDD?
Why 3e? I've had folk have the HDD die on them.
4. Be sure to check if the HDD is spinning. Good test if the power is getting to the HDD.
After installing a new SSD, windows was installed and it became my new boot drive. My old boot drive is still detectable but my HDD is no longer showing up. I've tried searching for it in the bios and disk management menus but it doesn't show up in either. I've tried using a different cable and even a different port but neither worked. The HDD still spins when powered up. Any further suggestions?
