So, tell us more. You mention OEM, so was this Windows 7 installed elsewhere, on some Dell or other manufacturer's computer? If so, it is tied in to that computer and cannot be moved.

If not, where did you get this OEM Windows 7 from?

No. The license has teeth.

It will bark and bite if that happens. Also they have no support for the OS.

Hope it was cheap.
