install to card synchronization failed

I am running a PalmOne Tungsten E2 with a SD 512 MB PNY Card in my palm. My computer operating sys. is widows xp which is in my hp pavilion a450n. I am presently using comcast.net as my internet. Please, if anyone can help me with this, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks. Joe

I'll share I converted a media file with the Palm Desktop. It ended up at 200 MB so I thought I'd sync it to the card.

Sadly, Hotsync would not play along. A little research at palmone.com found I could drop the resulting file directly on the card with a card reader. No cure for hotsync yet.

If you had shared the details, I might have had a ready answer.
