Install SP3 problem

by maggiea43 / April 25, 2008 2:29 AM PDT

I'm trying to install SP3, but it fails. I thought maybe if I did system restore back a day, things would be OK, but it's not. System restore would not work. I'm worried that when MS includes this in the updates, it might be a problem with my computer. Has anyone else had a problem with this? Does anyone know how to resolve this problem?.....Maggie

did you try system restore from Safe Mode. I know that sometimes will work when the regular way does not.

Have a great day! When you are out of this problem.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
