It does sound as if your issue is specific to the Installer, wich you can read more about here:

To get around the error message, you can simply use the Direct Download Link instead -- you can read more about that option here:

Please note that you do not need to be logged in to the site in order to use or see the Direct Download Link, but you will *only* see it on product pages for titles that use the Installer. Titles that do not use the Installer will not have a separate Direct Download Link on their listing page.

If you need any further assistance, please feel free to contact our support team directly via the form on this page:

You can also access the support contact form, and our FAQ section, by clicking the "Download Help Center" link at the very bottom of any web page (in the "More" column there). From any FAQ page, just click the "Contact Us" link at the top of the page to go to the contact form.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
