install Norton Internet Security over Systemworks 2002?

Does anyone know if I can install Norton Internet Security 2006 over Systemworks 2002? I plan to uninstall the AV portion of Systemworks first. I like some of the SW features and want to keep them.
Win XP SP1, Dell Dimension 8200.

Seems I would be installing Norton AV 2006, not NIS, over Systemworks 2002 (my girlfriend ordered a 3-computer pack and misidentified it as NIS). So, the question is, can Norton AV 2002--as part of Systemworks--just be replaced by AV 2006? I would ask Norton, but of course they won't answer questions about 2002 software.
