when i try to install kaspersky internet security 2010 on my cumputeur ,i get the message( oa other version has already installed on your pc).
i did n't find it (to remove) from my hdd.
would someone like to help me how to find it.

Did that message say that another version of Kaspersky was installed? Or did it say that another anti-virus was installed?
What is the EXACT wording of that message?
