But there is a prerequisite setting you need to change before this works on just about all Androids.

Can you see a Settings menu and a place to enable Unknown Sources?

"In order to successfully download third-party apps, you'll need to enable Unknown sources:
Open up Settings on your device (through the app drawer or notification shade)
Slide down to the System section.
Tap on Security.
Check the box next to Unknown sources."

If you can't do that, the answer is no.

thanks for your reply
My TV has the menu "Unknown Sources"
I have enabled it, but when I attach the USB, only pictures and videos can be seen.
application files with the "APK" extension are not shown.
how can I see all the files including android applications in a USB?

Try ES File Explorer.

I don't know why you are not letting this TV on the internet as that's where almost everything is today but try ES File Explorer next time.

No internet connections

currently I don't have any internet connections, that's why I need to install these applications offline. I know about ES file Explorer and that is exactly the application that I need to install but I have it in my USB and I don't know how to install it.
If I install File Explorer then I can install every application using that File Explorer without the need for internet connection.
Is there anyway that I install that app? (for example Bluetooth or USB or ...)
thank you

For this round I'd get a connection

In reply to: No internet connections

And then after that you can proceed.

I may be repeating myself but no document says you can do this. So best chance is to get the internet for ES File Explorer and then move it back and try the usual.
