Question

Instagram won't let me scroll through people's pictures. Why

Mar 20, 2017 9:15AM PDT

When you go to a persons instagram page on my computer you can normally click on one of their photos, and it pops up so you can see the caption and comments (you can still see the profile in the background) and then you can swipe through to the next photo. Now, when i try to just click on the photo it opens the picture and just loads. If i refresh the page the picture comes up not where you can see the profile page in the background but just a white page with the specific picture, and you cannot swipe left or right for any other pictures. I hope some of you know what to do.

Hey! I have already looked at that post. I do not really understand what the one guy with the three horisontel lines are talking about though. But I think people who are saying that instagram does not have that feature are reffering to the mobile version and not on pc or mac. I have done it a lot in the past where I just clicked on the first photo of ones page, and then just press the right button so I could see the other photos one by one. I have no idea why it has started to automatically load a new page with the picture so you can't see another unless you go back and select a new one :/

Three lines. That's called the hamburger or menu item.

As it stands now, I don't think Instagram works the way you want it to work. Or it changed.

I know I am quite annoying Silly But I 100 % know that when you look (or looked if it has changed) on a person page on the web you could click on a picture and there would be a left and right button. It is properly just my mac that ***** it up.

Kind of fixed now

I found a lot of complaints about this. That is, people expect it to work a certain way and it might not.
