Inspiron 8000 Keyboard Problem

Jun 24, 2005 1:20AM PDT

Is it mechanical or virus? Several of my keys don't work... always in a line like "e, d, c" & number 3. If I plug in a portable keyboard, it works fine. Any fixes, replacements, etc...help..
Thanks, hawkridge
