Insignia sport 4 gb ?

Hi -
Just a mom trying to figure this out -
Got this for Mothers day - guy at Best Buy said this would work with Windows ME Everytime I try and load software it says I have to have upgraded version of windows......any advice, I really want to download some music. Thanks for any help!

Likely it might work but not the software.

This unit might support the MSC transfer mode so use that and skip the incompatible software.

When you see a new term such as MSC MODE you go to your search engine and research that. Sorry but I can't break it down further than that.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
