Inserting email item into email message

Dec 20, 2004 5:06AM PST

Hi all,
In Outlook 2000, I selected Word as my editor, at which time I was able to Insert 'Items' (email messages) into an email. In Outlook 2003 which I now have, I can 'Insert/Item' only appears when I 'deselect' Word as my editor - just the opposite of the earlier version. Do I need an SP to fix this or something? I have SP1 now. I want to be able to use Word and still be able to Insert Items into a new email. But the 'Item' does not appear as a choice on the Insert menu as long as I use Word as my editor.
Thanks!

I found it. It appears that the 'Item' only appears under 'Insert' if you deselect Word as editor. But, it does appear as a choice next to the paper clip 'Attachment icon' if Word is selected as editor. They always have to fix things that aren't broken. It's really annoying!
