Hi littlebabycat.

No, your question is not stupid, but the answer is not what you might want.

Unlike other forums, the forums here at CNET do not allow images to be inserted into posts. The same with User Avatars. These forums remain clear and more easily read without the untidiness that images often create.

What you can do is either post a link to images, if they are relevant to your post.
EG http://www.spaceflight.esa.int/users/index.cfm?act=default.page&level=11&page=1738 will open a new window and display the image.

Or, if you have images on your computer, like a screen print, or some other image that is relevant to a post, you can upload that image to an image hosting web site like ImageShack or PhotoBucket, and then add the link to that image in your post.
