Inputs on Samsung 46A650?

Feb 15, 2009 11:20PM PST

We are converting from an old TV to the Samsung 46A650. We need to know where the inputs are on this model, and what inputs there are. We have a DVD machine, VCR machine, Receiver, Wii, and will have an HD Cable box. Does anyone know what inputs would these use, and where they are located on the TV? I know there are multiple HDMI inputs, but I assume that currently only our HD cable box would use that?

hookup

Getting everything hooked up can be a daunting task. There is a site www.wirewize.com that can help you. It's free, you put in what you have and voila,it tells you how to hook it up. Even has pictures that you can print. Hope that helps.

Manual....

Suzycat1,

Here is a link for the manual. I might suggest downloading it.

http://www.samsung.com/us/support/download/supportDownDetail.do?group=televisions&type=televisions&subtype=lcdtv&model_nm=LN46A650A1F&language=&cate_type=all&mType=UM&dType=D&vType=&cttID=1864461&prd_ia_cd=02010100&disp_nm=LN46A650&model_cd=&menu=download&menu2=detail

On page 4, it shows the jack-pack (rear input panel) for the television.

Page 8 through Page 12 explains how to hook all of these components up with pictures.

Let me know if you have questions about this, and I'll be happy to answer them.
