Input Remapper not saving settings

So I took the Bootcamp plunge and after watching Tom Merritt's video on remapping the keys to make Windows work better on Apple hardware, I find that Input Remapper isn't saving my settings. I have to redo all my settings every time I restart my computer. This is very annoying and I was wondering if anyone else is having this problem. Is there a solution?
