I have just found out that the BBB has revoked their membership due to failure to eliminate the underlying cause of complaints on file with the BBB.
I bought my phone June 05 and to this day, I have not received my refund.
Every time I check their rebate website to check the status, I get the same message; "We have no record of your rebate, please check back"
I hate this company! It has been my worst experience ever & if anyone sues, please include me.
I have posted previous complaints in the forum. I have now sent my complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Every person that complains to the BBB, might get some help in fixing your problems. You will definitely help tarnish the companies reputation and possibly save others from falling into the same fate.
Very short and easy process. The more the better.
