On 9/11/06, I tried to get a cell phone from Cingular through Wirefly(On the internet), at the time they stated they needed a deposit, so I told the salesperson on the phone to cancel order and if I decide to do the order I will resubmit on the internet.

Well 10/3/06, I got a email saying the phone was on its way, something told me to check my bank, and they had froze $598.00 toward the phone or my account, I called to cancel the phone before it got shipped. I asked them when they were going to release my money, I was told 5-7 days. I did not authorize this order and they took it upon themselves to put the order through along with freezing the money in my account. Be careful when you are placing an order, and just make sure you do all you are suppose to when cancelling your order. They will try and get you
