Inphonic/Wirefly - BBB Status

Wanted to pass on the fact that BBB has revoked Iphoni's membership. But let's face it, BBB is not much help since they have no power & cannot force their members to deal fairly & treat us, the consumer, with respect. Consumer's need to take charge and send a message to the future inphonic or other wise known as phonies of the world. I am going to contact the Att'y General's Consumer Protection Office & file a complaint with them as well. I suggest you do the same.

By the way any attorneys out there?? Come on, there has to be an attorney among us that can sue this Goliath - Please step up- The Davids of the world await you.

Just to keep you updated - have not received my refund yet!!!!!! Over 7 months going on 8 - can anyone beat that?? Let me know how long you have waited for your so called refund.
