inphonic rebate

This company makes it virtually impossible to get your rebate. You have to make copies of everything and get it in by a specific date and everything has to match. To make a long story short, they sent me a phone with the wrong area code so that didn't match already and then it was impossible to get the paperwork done in the amount of time they gave you. Well as the old saying goes."The squeaky wheel gets the grease." I made a nuisance of myself. The CEO of Inphonic is Rick Caulder and his # is 202-333-0001.
I called everyday for a month leaving voice mails and finally after threat of contacting the Better Business Bureau I was told I would recieve my rebate. I filed a complaint with the BBB and wont dismiss it until I have my check in hand. I will never do business with this company again and would strongly recommend that nobody else does either.
