I recently purchased a phone through wirefly, granted I didn't notice these posts until it was too late! I was approved, however, tmobile required a deposit which I made. The deposit was deducted from my account on 1/08/07 by Inphonic. On 1/10 my tmobile service was disconnected because they had not received the deposit. I called tmoblie and inphonic on three way and customer service rep told tmobile that the deposit was paid and should be processed within 24 hrs. Tmobile took them at their word and reactivated my account. Low and behold on 1/14/07 my service was disconnected again for the same reason, so on 1/15 I called the "office of the president" and spoke with Errol (pronounced Earl) who explained that the matter was being handled personally by finance and it would be resolved by noon. Noon came and went and still my service was not restored. I called Errol back and left several messages, no return calls. I then called the office again and spoke to several rude reps who basically told me Errol could not have told me that the matter would be taken care of in such a short time because that's not their policy!
