Inphonic/Buy.com I was cheated

I am being cheated out of my rebates. Claim ID ***** and
****. I mailed both rebates on September 28 2005. I am being told that one
was postmarked 8/21/2005. Can someone please explain to me what post office is
open to postmark letters on sundays? The other rebate I am told was postmarked
10/27/2005 again, this was during the aftermath of hurricane wilma here in south
florida. No post offices were open at the time. I need to see proof of these
postmarked dates or I will have to take legal action. I also have recorded an
employee stating that errors are made all the time with dates and I
should be able to get this sorted out. I am sick and tired of trying to fight
for my money back. Not to mention the poor service I have received.

I am ready to file a lawsuit anybody had similar experience???
